Shipping & Delivery
We work hard to provide our customers with prompt order delivery of the right product. for this reason most orders receive same day processing. However, as hydraulics are complex by nature some products require more attention to ensure that you get the products that you need. In these cases the processing time may be extended by a day or two. We provide a handy way to track the progress of your order via the My Account link at the top of the page and of course you can always reach us through our Contact Us page linked at the bottom.

Returns & Replacements
We stand behind the products that we sell, our main goal is that your hydraulics needs a met. If you are a product that you receive is damaged or defective please let us know and we will do our best to make it right.  Our return policy is detailed below.

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
  • Kanamak Hydraulics Inc. is not responsible for damage caused by misuse or misapplication of the product.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is deemed for warranty.
  • a restocking fee of $25 will be assessed on return orders over $100.
Orders may be viewed, tracked and reordered via your My Account page linked at the top of the page.
Updating Account Information
Your account information including shipping and billing information can be updated at any time via your My Account page linked at the top of the page. Changes made to your account information may not be applied to orders already in processing.
